Circumference and contour, even for semi-transparent plastic.
The CGMS measures containers and buckets with a blue laser line that also captures semi-transparent surfaces. One push of a button is enough: the system recognises the product by its part code and loads the matching measurement recipe from the database.
Application
For plastic containers.
Buckets and containers in round, oval or angular shapes, with Ø 160 to 570 mm. Red laser lines reach their limits on semi-transparent plastic; the blue laser line of the CGMS also captures these surfaces.
